I found this review today about the Moment...not bad overall, but apparently the battery life on it, is the worst ever tested by this guy...read the article here:

Welp, my dad got one, and gosh am I jealous. It's an amazing phone. It really is like a little computer. The only reason I didn'ny buy one myself is because Im holding out for the Wimax. But, if you want something now, I'd highly reccomend the Moment.
