Just go to and select CNN or Weather for the upgrade prompt

New "Manage" section added to the web menu.....optional Horoscope section added as well as the ability to remove any unused sections from the looks of the web menu with this update.

Phone itself seems less laggy overall, and the app seems definitely faster in my opinion...

Yes, it's just for the Instinct HD.
We don't have the pocket express like the original, instead they gave us the K9 sprint web services...works like pocket express with being able to swipe between articles on the news....but different than...ugh....you'd have to see it, lol.....
